STyku 3D Body scan

We are proud to offer Styku, a cutting-edge 3D body scanning system that captures a precise full-body image in seconds. It is non-invasive and safe.

Using this technology, we can create a detailed map of your body, tracking key measurements including body fat percentage and posture analysis, and provide you with a wealth of data that is accurate to help track your fitness goals.

  • Pricing: Single scan: $60; Two scans: $99

  • Wear: Form-fitting, minimal clothing (eg. sports bra and shorts) to ensure accurate measurements. Avoid loose clothing

  • During the scan: Follow the technician’s instructions carefully. Stand still and breathe normally during the scan.

INFRARED SAUNA

  • Wear: Light and comfortable clothing. For red light therapy, more exposed skin is beneficial, but you should choose what feels comfortable and appropriate for you.

  • Bring: A water bottle to stay hydrated. Plastic bottle is not allowed in the sauna.

INFRARED SAUNA Programs*

  • Anti-Aging (NIR/RED, MIR, FIR): A low, constant intensity level of all infrared, with red light.

  • Pain Relief (NIR/RED, MIR, FIR): Near infrared at a medium constant intensity; a blend of far and mid infrared with red light

  • Weight loss (MIR, FIR): Start at high intensity then reduces to medium level.

  • Detox (MIR, FIR): Start at high intensity then reduces to a lower intensity level.

  • Relaxation (NIR/RED, MIR, FIR): Lower intensity with a blend of near, mid, and far infrared, with red light

  • Cardio (NIR/RED, MIR, FIR): Start at high intensity, then lower to a sustained level
