Eddie Erfe

Eddie is a Certified Pilates instructor, graduate of BASI Pilates Comprehensive Program. She has extensive and in depth training to meet the needs of a broad range of students. Consequently, Eddie has guided many students to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Eddie is dedicated to teaching Pilates, as Pilates is able to be used to re-educate the body to move with greater ease, stability and strength. And the student is able to, in a fairly short period of time, achieve the above results. Pilates is a stand alone fitness program or can be an addition to other fitness and sport activities. When away from teaching, she takes the time to enjoy nature and read a favorite book.

NengQING (EVA) Wang

Eva underwent hallux vagus surgery ten years ago. However, without proper rehabilitation and exercise, she struggled with discomfort in her right leg for the next five years. Discovering Pilates was a turning point—it not only brought her relief but also inspired her to become a Pilates teacher, helping others improve their physical and mental well-being.

Determined to heal and get certified, Eva joined BodyConcept Pilates in Shanghai in 2019. For three years, she managed online international courses while focusing on her own recovery through consistent Pilates practice. During this time, she worked with internationally recognized Pilates and movement experts and completed comprehensive Pilates training. In 2022, she transitioned to the instructor department, accumulating over 1,200 teaching hours. In October 2024, she earned her National Certified Pilates Teacher certification.

Eva is passionate about teaching and finds joy in sharing health, movement, and positive energy with others. Her dedication to this calling remains strong.

Jen DeLaney MSPT, MPH, MA

Jen is a licensed and practicing Physical Therapist and NKT Practitioner, as well as a Pilates instructor who has been practicing for over 20 years. She “discovered” Pilates and yoga years ago as both healing and transformative for injuries she had undergone, and invites her clients to explore wellness through that mind-body-spirit connection. Jen has a unique, personalized approach to teaching, and readily customizes fitness strategies that build strength, postural awareness, balance, and flexibility.

She teaches on the peninsula and sees patients privately to optimize their functional mobility, discomfort and pain. Athletically, she has excelled in competitive swimming, rowing, cross country skiing, and triathlons.

She enjoys spending time with friends, her dog Sage, hiking, and dining out. Jen’s mantra is: “Motion is lotion; lotion to the body, mind, and spirit.” She will encourage you to trust your intuition and will do her best to show you that everything is truly connected.

Wei T

Wei was born and raised in Malaysia, where childhood Sundays often began with early morning hikes with family and ended with shared dim sum feasts—planting the seeds for her appreciation of balance, community, and wellbeing. While swimming was her main form of movement growing up, it wasn’t until her 20s that she truly discovered a passion for health and fitness.

Her professional journey began in the world of science. Wei earned her MSc in Pharmacology from the Medical College of Wisconsin, and worked as a research scientist, exploring how the human body responds to treatment at a cellular level. These experiences gave her a profound respect for the body’s resilience—and ignited her curiosity about how movement could play a role in healing. That curiosity eventually led her to Pilates. Drawn by its precision, intelligence, and restorative power, Wei completed her Comprehensive Pilates certification through Body Arts and Science International (BASI).

Wei is especially passionate about working with rehabilitation and aging populations, using Pilates as a tool to build strength, restore function, and foster confidence at every stage of life. Her teaching style is thoughtful, adaptive, and deeply personalized, meeting each client where they are—whether they’re easing back into movement, managing chronic conditions, or looking to elevate their practice.

Outside the studio, you’ll find Wei enjoying long walks, and spending time with family and friends.
