Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens! However, to ensure that everyone has a fair opportunity to attend classes, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.

Group Class and Private Lesson Cancellations: We require at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations of group classes or private lesson. Cancellations made with at least 12 hours’ notice will not be charged.

Semi-Private (duet, trio) Lesson Cancellation: For semi-private classes, we require 24 hours’ notice to cancel. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not be charged.

Sauna Cancellation: For infrared sauna, we require 24 hours’ notice to cancel. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not be charged.

Late Cancellation: If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled class time, or 24 hours of your semi-private lesson or sauna session, a full charge for the class/sauna or the loss of the class credit will apply, including the loss of the free class/sauna. In addition a late cancellation fee of $25 will apply to late cancellation of Pilates classes.

No-Show: Failure to cancel and not attending a scheduled class/sauna will result in the full charge, deduction of the class credit, or loss of the free class/sauna. In addition a late cancellation fee of $25 will apply for a no-show to Pilates class.

Styku Scan Cancellation: If you cancel within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment, a late cancellation fee of $25 will apply.

Late Arrival Policy

Punctuality ensures the safety and enjoyment of all participants. For this reason, we maintain the following late arrival policy:

Late Entry: Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be permitted to join the class.

No Refunds or Credits: If you are unable to join the class due to late arrival, your session will be forfeited.
